South Simcoe is hosting a 2018 Summer Hockey Camp...

Time to register for South Simcoe Hockey School Summer Camp which Is a lot of fun. Scheduled Monday August 20th to Friday August 24th at the IRC (Innisfil Rec Centre) and Players are grouped together by age and calibre on and off the ice each day. Each day consists of 3 hours on ice with 3 hours of off-ice training incorporating core strength drills, fitness training, foot speed, and agility.

 

Date: Monday August 20th to Friday August 24th


Daily Agenda:
7-7:30am check ins
7:30-8:15am change for on ice
8:15-9:45am On Ice Development
9:45-10:00am change for off ice
10-11:30am off ice conditioning
11:30-12:30pm Lunch followed by light warmup and chalk talk
12:30-1:15pm change for on ice
1:15-2:45pmOn ice Development
2:45-3:00pm change for off ice
3:00-4:30pm off ice conditioning
4:30-5:00pm Pick up
