How do hockey players benefit from playing Lacrosse?

· Hockey Canada lists Lacrosse first among its top 6 sports and activities to develop players.
· The Hockey Canada Long Term Player Development Plan identifies Hockey as a “late specialization sport” and recommends participating in a variety of sports before specializing between the ages of 12 and 15.
