South Simcoe Hockey Summer Camp - August 19-23

With over 30+ years of hockey school instruction experience, South Simcoe Hockey School provides top quality hockey instruction in a supportive environment that allows for the development of each individual player’s skill set while building their confidence.

Players are grouped together by age and calibre on and off the ice each day. Each day consists of 3 hours on ice with 3 hours of off-ice training incorporating core strength drills, fitness training, foot speed, and agility while having fun in the Camp.

We offer supervision from 7am to 5pm each day. 

2019 Summer Camp: Monday August 19th to Friday August 23rd

Daily Agenda:

7-7:30am check ins

7:30-8:15am change for on ice

8:15-9:45am On Ice Development

9:45-10:00am change for off ice

10-11:30am off ice conditioning

11:30-12:30pm Lunch followed by light warmup and chalk talk

12:30-1:15pm change for on ice

1:15-2:45pmOn ice Development

2:45-3:00pm change for off ice

3:00-4:30pm off ice conditioning

4:30-5:00pm Pick up
