AE - Atom - Honouring our veterans
Submitted By Kent Mannen on Monday, November 11, 2019
The J&B Carpentry Atom AE Barrie Colts got the chance to meet a real Canadian hero.

At the beginning of November the team put poppies on their helmets in remembrance of those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

The team also started collecting donations for the Barrie Legion Poppy Trust Fund and were able to raise more than $315.

On Sunday afternoon, members of the team stopped at the legion to drop off their donations and got a chance to meet and thank WWII veteran William Snow.

Lest We Forget
