The Novice A Colts head into the Christmas break on a four game win streak.
After making it to the Silver Stick qualifying tournament in Midland on the first weekend of December, the Colts split games with Aurora and Innisfil before rattling off four straight wins.
During those four wins over Markham, Richmond Hill, Newmarket and Richmond Hill again - Barrie was able to 'Protect the House' and only let in a total of one goal.
The Colts head into the holidays tied for third place in the York Simcoe Minor Hockey League.
Barrie hopes to keep the momentum going when they head to southwestern Ontario for the Hespler Olympics tournament from December 27 until the 29th.
