5000 Puck Challenge
Atom AE Colts get ready to start the 5000 Puck Challenge.
Coach Jim, John, Dave, Nick and Jen are challenging you to participate.
The Challenge Week 1 begins this Sunday October 19 and ends at Christmas.
The Goal: Increase shot speed, release and accuracy.
The Plan: Shoot 5000 pucks in 10 weeks. That's 100 shots a day/ 5 days a week for 10 weeks.
Each week we will ask for yor progress and post your totals by your jersey number on a separate team page.
Coach Jim will also be taking the challenge and posting his totals.

We will have handouts at Friday'Oct 17 practice.
This will be fun and help you score more goals.
