Congratulations to the Barrie Homes and More Minor Atom AA team who is the 2017/2018 York Simcoe Champions!
The
BarrieHomesAndMore.com Minor Atom AA team took home the York Simcoe Playoffs Championship over the weekend in Barrie with a sweep of Newmarket in the final series, earning the team an invitation to the Lakeshore Challenge in April.
The team had a strong season, finishing first place in the YSMHL regular season with an overall team record of 42-18-9. The team brought home some heavy hardware in tournament wins: Gold medal at BMHA Barrie's own Glenn Bellerby AA Tournament, Silver medal at Orangeville Fall Classic AA, & semifinalists in the Kitchener Oktoberfest Tournament.
