Secure Contracting Minor Midget AA Tourney Champs!
The Secure Contracting Minor Midget AA team had a fantastic weekend winning the Glenn Bellerby AA tournament! This was the first tourney victory for the team this season! The goaltending was stellar, defence was stingy, offence was filling the net, and led by the strength and inspiration of team captain, Ty Armatage, the boys went undefeated over three days and outscored their opponents 24-11! The final day on Sunday was drama filled with a 6 period overtime semi-final thriller over the Aurora Tigers and an intense, nail-biting one goal victory in the final over the Belle River Canadiens! Thanks to BMHA, the sponsors, and all of the volunteers for an amazing weekend!
