Minor Atom A Colts prepare for OMHA Playdowns
The Barrie Minor Atom A Colts begin their 'Road to the Red Hats' against a familiar foe.
After finishing the regular season with a record of 17-6-3 (37 points) and touting the league's lowest goals against average (1.54), the Colts finished in third place and will take on the second place Innisfil Winterhawks in the first round of the OMHA Playdowns.
The two teams finished the season series with a 1-1-1 record...including a exciting 0-0 tie on January 3rd.
The series starts Jan. 23 in Innisfil (IRC at 6:30pm) followed by game two in Barrie on Jan. 26 (East Bayfield at 1pm).
The winner of the series will take on the winner of the Orillia and East Gwillimbury series.
