The Colts travelled to Hespeler to take part in a tournament over the holidays. The team finished the round robin with a record of 2-1 to secure second place. Barrie beat Halton Hills in the semi-finals and for the second straight tournament, faced off against the West Niagara Flying Aces in the final. The team played hard but came up a bit short, falling 1-0 but still captured a silver medal.

Barrie then finished their York Simcoe Minor Hockey regular season in early January with wins in Bradford and Georgina.

Thanks to hard work from the players and coaches, the Colts finished the season with a record of 22-1-3 which secured first place.

They will now face the 5th and 6th place teams in the first round of the OHMA Playdowns.
