Back to Back Silver Lining, for the U11 Select Barrie Colt’s!!!
An unbelievable weekend of non-stop, action packed, on the edge of your seat hockey!
The U11 select Barrie Colt’s took it to the Pickering Spring Thaw Tournament this past weekend with an impressive display of talent both on and off the ice. The boys dominated through the round robins with a 3-0-1 record with 22 GF & 4 GA, giving them a bye to the Gold medal match vs. the rival Whitby Wildcats. Fighting back and forth, battling right to the end, digging deep and giving everything they had, a tough 1-0 loss was the outcome giving Barrie a well deserved Silver Medal.
These athletes enjoyed and took in every part of family bonding that happened this weekend with many compliments from others on how well they represented their home town of Barrie Ontario. Coaches are extremely proud of our Barrie U11 Select Barrie Colts!!
Next stop: Stouffville’s Year Ender Bender this coming weekend!
