U12 Select Barrie Colts bring home another GOLD at the Peggy Hill Classic Select Tournament!!!
It was another great weekend of hockey for the U12 Select Team. They went undefeated in the round robin beating Kingston Canadians, Oshawa Hawks and Oakville Rangers scoring an impressive 31 goals and only giving up 1 goal.
They met Oshawa Hawks in the semi-finals and played another strong game, coming out with a 9-0 win. The Barrie Colts were off to the finals against the Kingston Canadians. It was an exciting start to the game as the players entered the ice through the tunnel while being announced. Once the game started, the Colts quickly got down to business and took the lead. The team continued to play extremely well throughout the game, resulting in an 8-2 win!
