1. Please note that our system will generate an automated acknowledgement of receipt of your application, but this acknowledgment DOES NOT guarantee entry.
2. Teams are ACCEPTED into the tournament based on the date of registration provided that: (i) the entry fee (including payment via cheque) is received within thirty (30) days of online registration at the address below; and (ii) the division is not full. If your payment (including payment via cheque) is received after 30 days from the date of registration, you team will be ACCEPTED based on availability at the time the cheque is received.
3. If your payment is received after 30 days from the date of registration, your team will be ACCEPTED based on availability at the time the cheque is received.
4. Entries into the tournament will be secured on a first come, first paid basis until all spots have been filled.
5. Divisions of the tournament may be cancelled at the discretion of the Tournament Committee where minimum division levels are not met.
6. The schedule will be posted a minimum of two weeks prior to the tournament start date.

8.All refund requests submitted after September 1st will be subject to a $200 administration fee
