Champions in Oshawa!
Congratulations to the Cube-It Minor PeeWee AE Barrie Colts on bringing home GOLD from the Oshawa Cup Tournament!

The team dominated the round robin, defeating the Burlington Bulldogs 9-0, the Whitby Wildcats 8-1, the Oakville Rangers 5-0 and the Oshawa Minor Generals 10-5. They were tested in the semi-final but came together as a team, defeating the Peterborough Petes 8-2 and earning a spot in the final. The championship game gave the Oakville Rangers the re-match they were after and they came out strong, leaving the 1st period scoreless. Barrie stayed disciplined and played their game, ultimately being crowned Champions after a 4-0 win!

It was an amazing weekend overall, with the boys playing as a unit all 6 games and coming out undefeated! Barrie had 210 shots on net and only 78 shots against, finishing with 44 goals for and only 8 goals against. It took all 17 players to win this tournament and the coaching staff could not be more proud of all of them!

Thank you to the families for all of their support over the weekend! Go Colts Go!
