Black-Atom White Division Win Jayden Elmore Memorial Tournament!
Submitted By Niki Grant on Monday, January 8, 2018
This past weekend, the Barrie Minor White Division Black team traveled to London to partake in the #JaydenElmoreMemorialTournament where they were 1 of 12 teams competing.

In the preliminary round, Barrie showed great depth and strength winning their first three matches.  As top-ranked team after the first three games, this got them a pass directly to the Semi-Final game where they were to be truly tested against a Barrie Division rival.  After 2 days of great games and some outstanding goaltending, the Barrie Black team prevailed and were on their way to the Final!  Here they were to meet the Hometown Favorite London Bandits.

What started out as a slow start and created some reasonable doubt in the crowd as to whether we could actually beat this Big London Team become truly unfounded when the team pulled together and came away with an undisputed 2-0 Win to take home the Finalist Cup!

Thanks to the Coaching Staff and all the Parents and Players that participated in this Tournament.

The whole experience was a recipe for which Good Memories are Made From.
