Submitted By Steve Fontaine on Tuesday, October 20, 2020
Looking to improve your fitness off the ice to enhance your performance on the ice? Mind to Muscle's brand new IN-season Hockey Training Program is a great way for players to continually develop off the ice during the hockey season!

These hockey-specific training sessions are designed to meet the demands of the game, allowing players to improve speed, strength, agility and conditioning, while also helping increase mobility and reduce the risk of injury.
