Billets Needed
The BMHA in partnership with the City of Barrie’s International Relations Committee is excited to be welcoming a group from our sister city of Zweibrucken Germany.
They will be visiting Barrie from Wednesday April 1, 2026, and departing Thursday April 9, 2026.
During their stay they will be visiting numerous landmarks in Southern Ontario as well as taking part in scheduled on ice development camps hosted by the BMHA.
Over the course of their stay, you will be required to drop them off at Innisdale SS for their day trips outside of Barrie and then pick them up at the same location upon return.
As Billet families your child will take part in the development camps as well as an exciting tournament style day with our visitors. As well your family would be invited to a group dinner on April 8th.
This project will give your family the opportunity to host 2 players between the ages of 11-16 and allow them to learn some of our culture and the passion we have for hockey.
It would also be a great opportunity for your children to meet new friends from another part of the world and learn some of their culture.
