Minor Midget AA Win Florida Tournament
Congratulations to our Minor Midget AA team for their Florida Tournament Win!
The Barrie Colts Minor Midget AA hockey team, has arrived back home after a fantastic tournament in Coral Springs, FL, USA.
The Barrie Colts Minor Midget AA, come home as the 2014 Jr Panthers Thanksgiving U16AA Champions. It was a rough start for the Barrie Colts Minor Midget AA losing game 1 to the junior Everblades.1-3 Game 2 4-1against the FL Golden Wolves was also a loss. After an afternoon at the Fort Lauderdale beach and some regrouping and motivation by The Barrie Colts Minor Midget AA head coach Michael Bertucca, The Barrie Colts Minor Midget AA team was back in full form and playing together on full harmony game 3 against Jr Panthers was a 6-0 win. We would enter the semi finals as the 4th place team vets using the 1st place seed Golden Wolves The Barrie Colts Minor Midget AA, wins 3-2. The final game against the West Palm Beach Blackhawks 4-0 to be classified as the Champions.
