U10 AA Take Home Silver at Oktoberfest
These kids played
"ALL OUT" this weekend at the Kitchener Oktoberfest Tournament.
No sign of "First Tournament" nerves with this group. A couple of huge wins helped clinch the Wild Card into the finals. But they didn't stop there. A nail-biter Semi-Finals that not only went into OT but a shoot out, had everyone on the edges of their seats. The win took them to the finals where they came back from being down 2 goals in the third, tying the game at :50 sec left on the clock. A goal for us at the buzzer, waved off then put these kids into their second OT of the day, coming up short in OT to Toronto. WHAT A WEEKEND.....
