The J&B Carpentry Atom AE Colts spent time giving back this holiday season by collecting food for the Barrie Food Bank.
On Sunday Dec. 15, the Colts held a food drive at Chris' No Frills on Blake Street from 10am until 2pm.
Over the course of the four hours, the boys not only collected food and cash donations, they learnt a valuable life lesson about helping the less fortunate.
Thanks to the generosity of store owner Chris Neddo and his customers, the Colts were able to collect more than 3900 pounds of food for the Barrie Food Bank.
