52nd Annual Hespeler Minor Atom AE Champions
52nd ANNUAL HESPELER OLYMPICS TOURNAMENT CHAMPS!! The Barrie Minor Atom AE team claims Cup in HESPELER.




Our team started the tournament with a 2-0 win over the Brantford 99ers. Our first game Friday was against a tough team from Kitchener and resulted in a 4-1 loss. (This may have been a blessing in disguise). Our second game Friday ended up with a much better result, a 4-3 win over North London.

Saturday morning our Colts played our system to perfection and won 4-0 over Halton Hills, setting up a rematch in the Championship against Kitchener.

Our boys showed up ready for the final game and worked so hard. We gave up few shots and kept the pressure on Kitchener the whole game, and won 1-0. 

Congratulations to all the boys from your amazing parents, brothers, sisters, families and coaching staff. Special thanks to Minor Atom A boys and families for sticking around after their game to help us cheer on our Colts to victory.
