Barrie U11A WINS Kingston Canadians AA Tournament!
The Barrie Colts U11A team got what they came for including tough competition at the higher AA level in Kingston this past weekend!
They started the tournament against Kingston and came out with a 3-1 win. The second game was a disappointing 6-0 loss against Belleville. The players came out strong Saturday and once again won with a score of 7-2 against Gloucester. The 2nd game Saturday was a battle and 2-0 win against Seaway. Sunday in the semi finals they faced Kingston again this time with a 2-1 win. The team knew they had a battle against Belleville for the championship, and every single player worked incredibly hard to redeem themselves to claim the title of Champions! The weekend was amazing experience for everyone, and the BIGGEST THANK YOU, to the most Fantastic coaching staff who led this amazing group of kids to Victory!
