Bantam, 2014-2015, BB (Barrie Minor Hockey)

Congratulations to boys and the coaching staff for closing out their OMHA Championship run with a 3-1 victory over New Hamburg on Tuesday evening to take the series. The final saw two very strong teams play excellent and very exciting hockey. The boys finish their 17 game playoff run with an impressive 16 wins and 1 tie to wrap up a very impressive season which saw them finish with a final record of 50-7-8. Congratulations boys, a victory well deserved.

On Sunday March 8th come out and cheer on our Bantam AE boys as they meet New Hamburg Huskies in the OMHA finals.  The team goes into the finals unbeaten in the playoffs and on a 14 game winning streak. Congratulations to the coaches and players and good luck in the finals. Go Colts. 

Barrie Colts  Bantam AE Silver Stick Regional Qualifier Finalists The Barrie Colts Bantam AE hockey team had a very successful Silver Stick weekend in Alliston on December 28th-30th.  The boys played in a 3 team round robin against TNT and Orangeville, who were both extremely strong hockey teams.  After winning all 4 games in the round robin, the boys unfortunately lost a heartbreaking game, 2-1, to Orangeville in final. Best of luck to the boys and the staff as they march on to the OMHA playoffs.
