Minor Bantam - Blue, 2015-2016, BB (Barrie Minor Hockey)

The Monteith Oldfield Minor Bantam Blue team finished the year with a silver medal in the York Simcoe finals against Aurora.

When national pride is on the line Canada's teams prevailed over strong competition from the U.S.!

The Minor Bantam AE Blue team kicked off the season by participating in the Justin Williams Cup tournament and bringing home the "Cobourg Cup".  The Monteith Oldfield Colts donned the 50th anniversary jerseys and stormed by the competition out scoring them 23-4!  The coaches are very proud of the hard work of the boys leading up to the weekend and enthusiasm at the tournament. Go Colts Go!

Summer is coming to a close and hockey season is gearing up.  There is fantastic energy and excitement at the rink, in the dressing room and in the ice.  The coaches love the energy and intensity of the players and hope it continues.

With a few practices under their belts I'm sure the boys are looking forward to the season and wondering when they play the first regular season game.  Wonder no more the schedule is here.
