BMHA Novice AA Hockey Team 'One Team - One Goal' Food Drive
The Barrie Novice AA Hockey Team scored valuable resources for the Barrie Food Bank through their 'One Team - One Goal' food drive.
After winning their home game 10-1 at the Allandale Rec Centre the team of 8-year-olds paid it forward by going door-to-door collecting non-perishable food items from over 250 houses in Barrie’s south-end.
In the spirit of Halloween the young players wore super hero masks with their team jackets and set out to collect food in support of the national ‘Trick or Eat’ campaign. The team collected more than seven bins of food to help the Barrie Food Bank!
