PeeWee Blue, 2019-2020, A (Barrie Minor Hockey)

Peewee A Blue traveled to Detroit, Michigan to take part in the Nations Cup tournament. Our boys, along with other Canadian teams which also included Peewee A White, played collectively as "Team Canada" to gain enough points overall and beat their American counterparts. There were teams from around the US including Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Michigan. With an overwhelming lead over "Team USA", the Canadians won the cup by a total score of 15-6. It was a sweep for our Colts as they took on teams from the GTHL in the Toronto Wolverines Tournament. The boys were up against some talented teams but came out victorious after playing some great hockey.  It was a weekend full of fun, team building and of course, winning! It was all worth it as they got to bring some new, shiny hardware home to Barrie. Congrats to the boys and the coaches Thanks to the Wolverines for being such gracious hosts!
