Novice AA Gives Back this Holiday Season
This holiday season, the Pro-Star Sports
Excellence Novice AA team learned the importance of giving back to the
community, by participating in two activities - Coach4Food & Adopt-A-Family
Food Drive - in support of the Barrie Food Bank, the team participated in the Coach4Food challenge, collecting and donating enough food to feed approximately 35-40 families for 3 weeks over the holidays.
Adopt-a-Family - working with the Salvation Army, the team adopted a family in need to provide them with a special Christmas. The players and their families shopped for the gifts, wrapped them as a team and ensured they had all the fixings for Christmas dinner.
