First Round of the OMHA Playdowns for the Signz N Designz Atom A team is in the books. The Colts win the series 3 games to 1 over the Bradford Bulldogs.

The Signz N Designz Atom A team had the privilege of being selected to this years Playstation Platinum Cup tournament held at The Ford Performance Centre. 

Coach Hugh Johnston and the Signz N Designz Atom A team chose to spread the “love” this holiday season by supporting the Barrie chapter of The Super Sophia Project.    Each player filled a Love Box gift box with special items that will be shared with children in our local hospitals who can’t be home for the holiday season. The team learned some very valuable lessons about empathy and giving back to those who are in need of hope. Great job giving back to the community boys! Written by Rosa Bitonti

A special moment for our hockey boys on Sunday night. Will Dwyer is a 94 year old veteran. His legacy is inspiring. Not only did he fight for our freedom, but he has also raised $1 million for the Terry Fox Foundation. Today he did an honorary puck drop at the Barrie Colts Atom A game, followed by a moment of silence and the national anthem. Our team raised $755 for the local Barrie Legion Branch #147. Very proud of the Colts and Aurora Tigers for being a fine group of boys during this ceremony, and proudly wearing poppies on their helmets. ♥️ Written by Adrienne Alexander

The Signz N Designz Atom A team win Silver Medal In Kitchener. We continued our tournament success, going undefeated in our first 5 games of the tournament. Placing us in the Championship Game on Sunday. The Woolrich Wildcats came out strong and scored two early goals in the first period, catching our boys by surprise. However we battled back and scored to make it a 2-1 game. We had many chances including a couple of breakaways, but could not beat the Woolrich goalie a second time.
